Santa Cruz Bronson 2016 C - Lime Green

Santa Cruz Bronson 2016 C - Lime Green

I stumbled upon this bike frame on Pinkbike, and it turned out to be a lucky find. Excited about the bike's potential, I started looking for parts that would match its specifications. The process was a mix of trial and error, but my curiosity pushed me forward. At that point, I hadn't fully grasped the distinctions between trail bikes, all-mountain bikes, and enduro bikes. They all seemed quite similar to me, especially when comparing models like the High Tower, the 5010, and the Bronson. I couldn't help but wonder about the subtle differences between them.

After completing the build, I wasted no time in taking it out for a spin on the trails. To my amazement, the bike performed exceptionally well on flat terrain. It showcased impressive agility, making the ride immensely enjoyable. Unfortunately, during my first outing, the chain unexpectedly snapped. I managed to put it back together and get going again, but I decided to take it easy for the remainder of the trail ride. I stuck to the second gear, focusing on pumping and making the most of every opportunity. Surprisingly, even with this cautionary approach, I was able to keep up with the rest of the group. It was truly an amazing bike, and I couldn't wait to explore its full potential.
